I unfortunately had to contact Leone Plumbing due to an unknown leak. They came out right away and found the leak was actually a water line in my refrigerator. There was so much damage and I honestly had no clue what to do. Best part about Andy is that he was able to help out with everything. He explained the insurance process to me and talked to the adjusters for me. He kept me in the loop and he was able to turn my kitchen into a brand new one. I am more than happy with their service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services. They are an honest hard working company that looks out for their customers.

Leone Plumbing was so responsive when I called regarding a clogged kitchen sink. I was able to get same day service and Jameson arrived during the service window I was promised. He was friendly and professional, up front about the cost associated with the issue, and the process to get the issue resolved. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up thoroughly, and provided some great tips so that the issue wouldn’t happen again. I will definitely be calling Leone Plumbing again when another issue arises.

Called Leone plumbing with a problem beyond our skill and they were over promptly the next day at time slotted. Jameson fixed our old plumbing and updated like new. He explained what was updated and showed us new clean outs and was great to work with..highly recommend for honest efficient work. Top notch company to work with.

We had a water leak and we’re looking for someone to repair and fix the damage. We looked at reviews of local plumbing companies and chose Leone Plumbing because of the excellent reviews. Andy from Leone plumbing sent a crew out immediately to assess the damage and repair the leak. Andy worked with us and our insurance company on the the work that would be needed and quickly got the work started. The job was extensive including mold removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, electrical, painting, plumbing, and new flooring. The plumbers did an excellent job in finding the leak and making the repairs. They were very friendly, professional, and timely. Josh was assigned the remodeling portion of this large job and was a real pleasure to work with. His flexibly, ideas, professionalism, and knowledge of all areas of refinishing was nothing less than outstanding! Andy was on top of all work throughout the project and did an outstanding job communicating, securing all supplies in a timely manner, and offered great ideas and suggestions on cabinets, colors, etc. I highly recommend Leone Plumbing, not only for Plumbing work but remodeling as well. This is a very reputable company with the highest quality plumbers, electricians, finishers, and remodelers all with great skills and personalities. It was a pleasure working with each of them.

I originally contacted Leone Plumbing to address a sink faucet problem we were having at our new home, plus several other items. Jamison arrived on time and he was polite, professional and did an excellent job fixing all the items. I can’t say how much I appreciate his work ethic and that he respected our home as if it were his own. So much so that we went immediately back to Leone when we decided to replace our existing toilets. Andy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciate his patience in working me through several options until we decided on how to proceed. In working with different service providers over the years, I'd highly recommend Leone Plumbing to take care of your plumbing needs, they are honest, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and do excellent work!

Fantastic service from Jamison and Leone Plumbing & Heating! Had an emergency issue, they got someone out here within 2 hours and fixed the job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Jamison was the Technician and was very helpful and thorough! He did a great job with his work and took his time to complete the job correctly. He even walked me through his process to educate me on what he was doing and why. Great job, Jamison -- thank you so much!!

Andy and his team are hands down the best plumbers in Monroe county. He takes care of issues quickly and professionally and his rates are the best! We’ve used countless plumbers as professional property managers but after finding Andy’s company we will never have to call anyone else!!

I contacted Leone Plumbing to remodel a bathroom and fix a bad leak in a wall. I had used a cheaper general contractor before for another bathroom, and had a bad experience; this time, I chose a company that had real plumbing experience. Andy, the owner, walked me through the steps of what needed to be done; what suggestions he would make that made sense--without having to spend a ton of extra money; and gave me a fair time frame for completion. Prices were in the middle, but I was looking for skilled, quality work this time around; Leone Plumbing provided value, experience, and professionalism. Andy told me that he could be done in three weeks, but the job was done in two! Jose did an excellent job getting everything done quickly and professionally, and didn't cut corners. We then used Leone Plumbing to fix the sub-par work the other contractor left behind--now, both bathrooms look AWESOME! Thank you!

Omar came out the next day after calling the prior day to see our plumbing issue and give me quote. Let me know time he would come out. Came out during time slot given. Saw the issue, gave me a quote and he was able to start the job. Very professional, explained what he had done. Thank you for coming out right away.
